Lovely lil boutique inn. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quaint getaway. Beautifully decorated and the rooftop area would make for a wonderful wedding reception or family gathering. We will definitely be staying there again soon.

My wife and I had a lovely stay at The Pearl while we were in town for our 10th anniversary. The rooms were excellent and the customer service was top-notch. The rooftop area is a real bonus and provides wonderful views of the area. Will definitely be back!

Came here for a company Christmas event and was blown away. Everything from the vintage modern feel to the welcoming details was charming and thoughtful. And the service was outstanding: warm, friendly, and super helpful. Everything you could want from a boutique hotel. And the town of Manteo is a Hallmark town - magical and beautiful. We did not have accommodations booked upon arriving in Manteo. When I saw The Pearl from a distance, it was like the heavens opened. I knew this was the place for me. We stayed in the charming and very comfortable emerald suite. I loved everything about this boutique hotel. My favorite part was the rooftop deck and attention to detail everywhere. Will definitely be back!

We booked The Pearl Hotel at the very last minute and couldn’t have been luckier. Lisa (the manager) and Margret handled our booking like old friends — calm, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. They made sure we got a lovely room and even accommodated a few special requests without missing a beat. Dianne greeted us with a warm smile and went out of her way to make our stay easy and comfortable. Nancy, the housekeeper, kept our room spotless and added thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The hotel itself feels sophisticated and boutique — elegant touches, immaculate rooms, and a relaxed, classy atmosphere that made us feel pampered rather than overwhelmed. Small details (fresh baked goods and coffee in the lobby, plush towels, helpful local tips from staff) turned a hurried trip into a really memorable stay. Everything is walkable in the area, and Manteo is a beautiful, safe place to explore. Thanks to Lisa, Margret, Dianne, and Nancy for making everything so effortless and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a Hotel! The rooftop deck was absolutely stunning!!! The cleanliness of the entire hotel was impressive! A special shoutout to Diane, Nancy, and Lisa, you three made us feel like family and we thank you so much! The special treats each day were a nice touch. Your first step into The Pearl Boutique Hotel will remind you of an elegant Paris hotel. Every unique detail has been thought through from checking in at the desk, walking down the beautiful tiled corridor, and on to your stunning room (key entry fabulous!). This place does not disappoint. Lisa was amazing and so kind to get us a room, at the last minute I must add, due to unfortunate circumstances. If you love detail, cleanliness, and beautiful rooms and bathrooms, this is the place you will want to be. I will always, undoubtedly, come here again. Lisa and Diane-I enjoyed our conversations as well! 11/10! Owners: you have found two gems that are irreplaceable.

My Hubs and I happened upon the Pearl after driving all day from far Western NC. Our 36th wedding anniversary trip. The Pearl is a FABULOUS boutique Hotel. We stayed 4 nights and loved every minute. The roof is a fantastic spot to watch the sunrise and look right onto the beautiful Sound. We are going to make a trip back to the Pearl very soon. Love love love The Pearl.

The Pearl Hotel is in the heart of downtown Manteo, offering the option to walk to attractions, shops and restaurants. The charming rooms, each decorated beautifully, are cozy and warm. The rooftop is always open to guests - a green-space overlooking the town. The best part of the stay is the welcoming staff who work there: Lisa, Nancy and Taylor will share dining recommendations and make sure your visit is comfortable.
