Hotel is absolutely beautiful, especially the rooftop terrace for morning sunrises and evening sunsets. The location in Manteo allows you walk everywhere, so nice not looking for parking!

Top notch hotel. Rooms are spotless and provide everything you need. Staff is outstanding, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Rooftop deck has amazing views with a relaxing atmosphere. One of the top hotels OBX.

Adorable! All the trendy decorator concepts. I know, I’m almost done renovating 2 houses in Boulder. Nothing old & creaky. Nothing musty smelling. Plus they have 2 BR 2 BA suites or/and adjoining rooms. Romantic rooftop perfect for parties/weddings/anniversaries. Linen & toiletries all rate highly.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Pearl Hotel for our granddaughter’s wedding, and it was a wonderful experience. Every member of the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Their warm hospitality truly added to such a special weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely choose the Pearl Hotel again. Highly recommended!

My wife and I just enjoyed a great weekend at The Pearl! This boutique hotel is in the perfect place downtown Manteo where you can walk to all the local shops and restaurants. We stayed in the La Dolce Vista room. King size bed and the mattress/pillows were very comfortable. They use Beekman soap and shampoo in the bath, which my wife loves! Like other reviews, definitely go on the roof to enjoy the swings and the view. The service from the staff was great - always friendly and eager to help. Lisa even set us up with a dinner reservation at Vicky B's our first night there. Highly recommend The Pearl if you are visiting the area!

Lovely lil boutique inn. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quaint getaway. Beautifully decorated and the rooftop area would make for a wonderful wedding reception or family gathering. We will definitely be staying there again soon.

My wife and I had a lovely stay at The Pearl while we were in town for our 10th anniversary. The rooms were excellent and the customer service was top-notch. The rooftop area is a real bonus and provides wonderful views of the area. Will definitely be back!

Came here for a company Christmas event and was blown away. Everything from the vintage modern feel to the welcoming details was charming and thoughtful. And the service was outstanding: warm, friendly, and super helpful. Everything you could want from a boutique hotel. And the town of Manteo is a Hallmark town - magical and beautiful. We did not have accommodations booked upon arriving in Manteo. When I saw The Pearl from a distance, it was like the heavens opened. I knew this was the place for me. We stayed in the charming and very comfortable emerald suite. I loved everything about this boutique hotel. My favorite part was the rooftop deck and attention to detail everywhere. Will definitely be back!

We booked The Pearl Hotel at the very last minute and couldn’t have been luckier. Lisa (the manager) and Margret handled our booking like old friends — calm, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. They made sure we got a lovely room and even accommodated a few special requests without missing a beat. Dianne greeted us with a warm smile and went out of her way to make our stay easy and comfortable. Nancy, the housekeeper, kept our room spotless and added thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The hotel itself feels sophisticated and boutique — elegant touches, immaculate rooms, and a relaxed, classy atmosphere that made us feel pampered rather than overwhelmed. Small details (fresh baked goods and coffee in the lobby, plush towels, helpful local tips from staff) turned a hurried trip into a really memorable stay. Everything is walkable in the area, and Manteo is a beautiful, safe place to explore. Thanks to Lisa, Margret, Dianne, and Nancy for making everything so effortless and welcoming.
